  • We assess the space, give you recommendations of room “edits” (what to add or remove), how to reconfigure the room layout for better flow and functionality, and to be more appealing to a global audience

  • Recommendations for updates + repairs

  • Recommended shop list

  • Written report included


Sometimes I tell my client that you don't need to necessarily replace everything or ADD more. Sometimes it's actually a process of elimination or working to minimize your space to give it an updated, "refreshed" look. We often find that client's either have an outdated look, maybe just over clutter or have pieces that don't match. We will come in and add or remove, accessorize and try to work within your budget to achieve a beautiful look without having to completely re-furnish an entire place.

This also can include paint selection, repair suggestions, accessory replacements and ways to make your space more inviting.


We tailor to every client's needs and style of home. The process begins with a call to assess your budget, style, timeline and any specific "needs or requests" of yours. Then we will do a space walk through/consultation to measure the space, take photos and discuss timeline and cost. We will present to you a flat rate based on what we feel each room will need - furnishings, labor, etc.

What makes us unique is that we try to work within your budget and accent the space with one of a kind items to make it feel lived in and authentic. We aim to achieve the right aesthetic but most importantly, to get your space sold or rented for over asking or at a price you would like to achieve.
